In 2 minutes, the date will be March 10, 2010. My 3 year wedding anniversary. To think of how I envisioned my life, this is not the way I would be at 27. Yet, somehow, in the midst of a 5 year relationship with ups and downs, 2 dogs, a wedding, a career change, and a child, I find happiness and love.
I know that I may not always show, or even vocalize my appreciation for where my life is, but I am happy and thankful for everything and everyone that I do have. Could there be improvements? Of course, but nothing is perfect. My life is a work in progress and so are my relationships.
My hope is that in the next 3, 13, 35 years, I continue to realize how lucky I am and how happy I am. I hope to grow deeper and more in love with my husband because he is the reason that I live and breathe. Happy Anniversary to me.

ReplyDeleteThe biggest benefit that came out of not working at xties is happiness and the ability to really get to know love. Being super broke and stressed and kinda at the bottom makes you realize who you want picking you back up every day.
